Program 01
Fitness, scaled to you.
Same hour, same room, same workout — at the intensity your body can actually handle today, not the one some 24-year-old in spandex did on Instagram.
What we do here.
The body has three jobs: push-pull (arms and shoulders), bend-twist (trunk), stand-step (legs and hips). A meaningful program exploits all three. Squats, lunges, presses, pulls — about 98% of what you need, using the tried and true proof of instant phony statistics. The other 2% is the stuff the chrome-and-glass gyms charge $300 a month to pretend matters.
Burn fat, build strength, improve conditioning, move without pain. These all happen — but they happen as side effects of training that's actually built around how bodies work, not around what looks impressive on a six-week transformation flyer.
How levels work.
Every workout has multiple paths. New athletes start at a level that meets them where they are; seasoned athletes push the top end. You progress when your body is ready, not when the calendar says so. That's it. The whole "scaling" thing isn't complicated — it's just refusing to lie to you about what your body can do this week.
A 65-year-old new to lifting, a parent rebuilding strength after kids, a competitive athlete six days a week — all in the same class, all under the same coach, all leaving with the right stimulus. That's not a marketing line. It's the only honest way to run a class with people of mixed ability, which is every class everywhere.
A small schedule, on purpose.
Fitness runs twice a day, Mon–Fri — 11:45 AM and 7 PM — plus Saturday at 1 PM. That's it. We could fit thirty more in the calendar. We don't, because more options means fewer people actually show up — the behavior science on this is boring and consistent.
Two times a day is enough for any working adult to make either one work, and small enough that you'll see the same faces every week. Every class is coached by Jack. That's the trade — less choice, more attention.
